Information entered on your return, including yoru birthdate acts as your signature for your West Virginia return. Signature Form WV-8453 will be provided for you to keep with your forms and supporting documents for your records. Taxpayers should not mail Form WV-8453 to the Tax Commission.
The federal return offers the PIN option, or you can sign and mail in a signature document (Form 8453, US Individual Income Tax Declaration) to the IRS. OnLine Taxes will provide this form along with your other forms for you to print and keep for your records.
