Free walk-in assistance is available with the preparation of Business Tax Returns and WV Personal Income Tax Returns. Taxpayers must provide a copy of their completed 2003 Federal Income Tax return, W-2’s, 1099’s and any other documentation indicating WV withholding before their WV State Tax returns can be completed.
