OnLine Taxes at olt.com has made many changes to the online interview to better suit your tax needs, and wants!
- Guide Me Sections - In each of the checklists; Income Section, Adjustments, Credits, etc., if you do not know what selections to make, simply click on GUIDE ME! We will take you through a series of questions relating to reasons each form would be used. You will select YES or NO to these questions and per your inputs we will fill in the checklist in that section for you.
- Paper File Option - You now have the option to Paper File your return. When you selelct to paper file you will still have full access to all of your forms for at least 3 years and the benefits of being able to amend your originally filed paper return for FREE!
- Customer Service - We have made it MUCH easier to get to our customer service agents! When you select the Customer Service Tab that is located at the top of our page no matter what page you are using in our site, your Customer Service options will be listed for you.
- Toll Free Customer Service Line - We are the first online tax preparation company to offer a toll free contact number for Customer Service. (888) OLT-4 -TAX
- Printing Option after Acceptance - We have now added the printing option within the Tax Return Status page allowing you the option to pay for printing after your return has been submitted.

- States - $7.95
- Printing - Printing for an address within the United States will cost $4.95. If you have a foreign address, your printing cost will be $9.95.
- Amended Returns - We are very proud to announce that starting this year, if you filed your originally accepted return using our site, your amended return will cost you nothing! That's right, FREE Amended returns! If you did not file your originally accepted return with us, Amended returns are priced at $49.95.
- Penalties and Interest - If you are charged a penalty and/or interest amount for errors on your income tax return, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
