Do I need to submit any paperwork or supporting documentation?
You might need to mail a check, and you might need to mail or fax your W-2 forms or other supporting documentation, depending on your return. Many taxpayers can get their refund without mailing anything.

We advise you maintain copies of all documents for your records. In some cases, the department will notify taxpayers if documentation is needed for verification.
